The company Movetia DIGITAL S.L, within the general framework of its mission as a company and business responsibilities, must ensure proper business management.

To achieve these goals in an efficient way, the Management undertakes to implement a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with that defined by regulation UNE-EN ISO 9001, which involves:
Customer orientation: to identify their needs and expectations for total satisfaction and to ensure business continuity and growth.
Process orientation: to improve the overall performance of the organization and to measure results with indicators that can increase process effectiveness and activities that provide value to the QMS and that work to achieve the goals in an efficient way.
Participation: to promote the participation and involvement of employees, raising awareness of the importance of their activities and of their contribution to the fulfilment of the company's goal.
Personal improvement: to encourage a working environment that stimulates the employees' professional development and growth.
In line with the responsibility assumed and convinced that quality management is essential to the future and excellence of the company, the Management of Movetia undertakes to provide the resources needed to comply with this policy.
In accordance with this Policy there are Quality goals established at every level, a follow-up of the degree of compliance being made so that we can measure our improvement.
The Management of Movetia DIGITAL S.L periodically inspects the Quality Management System in order to ensure itscorrect and efficient performance, continuous improvement and its adaptation to new applicable legal requirements.
